Free Vintage Victorian Advertisement- Pretty Parrots

Again, not quite sure about the message Arm and Hammer is trying to send but these parrots sure are pretty!

    My guess- Arm & Hammer is used as a detergent booster. I use their washing soda. It boosts cleaning power of liquid detergent up to 40%. Thought that was just an advertising claim until I tried it.
